Menu for the Week

Time to get back to a regular schedule now that Thanksgiving is over!  I made a more detailed menu for all the meals this week since I will be spending around $30 per week the next two weeks.

Breakfast:

1.  Breakfast burritos
2.  Toast w/oat bran bread
3.  Pancakes
4.  Almond poppy seed muffins
5.  Homemade Egg McMuffins with homemade English muffins
6.  Cold cereal
7.  Hot cereal
8.  Pumpkin Pie Baked Oatmeal

Lunch:

1.  egg salad
2.  Pepperoni Pizza Bread
3.  Canadian Bacon Roll Ups
4.  PBJ
5.  Cheese Sandwich
6.  Homemade Pita bread and hummus
7.  Leftovers

Dinner:

1.  Tacos w/homemade tortillas with Refried beans and Spanish rice
2.  Pumpkin Waffles (this is originally a pancake recipe, but works for waffles)
3.  White Chicken Chili
4.  Gumbo
5.  Spaghetti Pie
6.  Salad
7.  Cafe Rio clone Mexican Food (rice, dressing, and chicken) on homemade tortillas


I am also going to try a Girl Scout Do Si Dos cookie recipe clone.  There are also a few other clones for girls scout cookies here.
