Living Green: Use Reusable Bags
I read something a while back that said if 25% of families used 10 fewer plastic bags each per month, it would add up to a savings of 2.5 BILLION bags per year. In some stores, you can also get a refund for bringing your own bags. Save the earth and save money at the same time!

I wish companies would stop making these things though. We all have tote bags, backpacks etc. we can use. I've been given over 20 "reusable" bags (which end up tearing beyond repair after about 10 uses) and those require many more resources to make and oddly enough end up in landfills in the end anyways. Reusable bags are great ... you make a great point. But don't forget about all the truly reusable (tote) bags we already own :o)
