Therein lies the problem- moderation is key! My grandma eats one chocolate (or more) a day. I have a hard time only eating one, but these Kind Bars are a great alternative for me. They have just enough chocolate to satisfy my craving, but are also a good source of almonds and whole grains and have less than 5 grams of sugar. (Image source)
