Add Variety to your Veggies- Day 2: Corn

One thing I love about summer is having watermelon and corn on the cob. Today, I tried to cook it a new way- on the grill. I followed this recipe, and it turned out great! 

Corn is a staple for us, anytime we have Mexican food, because I know my kids will eat it.
