Menu for the Week - Nov. 16-22

Homemade Chicken nuggets and French Fries
Ribollita - a veggie type soup/stew with navy beans (we can use up some frozen zucchini in it)
Pasta e Fagioli - Olive Garden copy cat recipe from Todd Wilbur
Lentil Spinach Stew
Chicken and 3 soup rice
Ham and Sour Cream scalloped potatoes
Cajun Burgers, Broccoli, cheese and rice casserole

For breakfast, we usually have oatmeal, cold cereal, raspberries with yogurt, bananas, homemade applesauce, pancakes, muffins, breakfast burritos, eggs, etc.

For lunch, we will have leftovers or hummus and bread

For dinner, we will have what is on the menu plus whatever veggies I can find in the freezer that need to be used or possibly salad or fresh veggies depending on what is on sale.
