Recipe Swap - Magleby's Rolls

I found this recipe on the internet and wanted to try it because I liked the rolls at Magleby's when I went there earlier this year. Of course, I made substitutions. I make my own dough, but today I was tired and wanted to make something quick so I made the breadstick dough and just shaped them into rounds. I didn't have parmesan cheese so I used romano. I didn't want to make them in muffin tins, so I just put them on a cookie sheet. I was going to make them into breadsticks, but it was more work than the rounds. These took me a little over an hour from start to finish.

THESE WERE A BIG HIT AT OUR HOME! They are definitely worth trying.
