What's for Dinner Tonight? Chicken Lo Mein

This is Chicken Lo Mein with a few changes.  I thought I had linguine noodles, but come to find out that part way through the recipe I only had thin spaghetti!  I also didn't buy fresh ginger since I am not used to cooking with it, but I added about 1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger.  I added more veggies than it said because I had some that needed to be used.  I also cooked the broccoli a little more than the original recipe, but my family doesn't like crunchy broccoli.  It taste good, but I would definitely DOUBLE the sauce next time.  I like a lot more sauce.  The original recipe is here.
