Cooking with Food Storage: Breakfast Cookies

I've tried a variety of different breakfast cookie recipes with varying success. Many use peanut butter, which I can't do because of a peanut allergy in our household. This recipe is the one I have used most often. With 6 different flavor options, you're bound to find at least one you like. I tried a simpler recipe today and used craisins for the add-in. The cookies are very bland; perhaps with chocolate they'd be more palatable. I plan to play around with the recipe a bit and try different add-ins and spices to get a cookie I like.
