The past few days, we have been surrounded by a lot of great looking treats. It is really hard to say no, and if you eat one it is hard to stop! So, drinking a glass of water before having a treat is helping to manage this a bit better. Whether it is a treat or a heavy meal, drink water beforehand. It makes such a difference. The last thing I want after the holidays is to have 5 extra pounds to have to lose. It is so easy to gain, but so hard to lose.
Water isn't my favorite thing to drink. I do it for the health benefit, not the taste. Interesting how some of the best things in life for you are free or very cheap.
