December Water Challenge: Am I Hungry or Just Thirsty

 If I could have figured this out several years ago, I think I would be 10 pounds less.  Too many times in the day I think I am hungry, when the real issue is that I am thirsty.  So, when you feel like you need something, try drinking a glass of water first to see if that satisfies you before getting a snack.  Your body will thank you for it.
