November Exercise Videos: Fitness Blender Leg Workout

 I can't do anything high impact right now, including even lunges and squats. Most HIIT workouts are out because of this and I've really missed the intensity (and brevity!) of my go-to workouts. I found this one and was shocked how sore I was by the end without a single lunge or burpee. It burns. Do this a few times a week and you'll definitely see results.
