October Health Challenge: Share!

When our kids were younger, we would put them to bed, then go eat our treat without them. Now, when we have dessert, we will share with our kids. If you split a pint of ice cream 5 ways instead of 2 ways, it's a lot easier to eat less! This works well for a lot of my vices- especially chips and crackers. This way, I can still eat something I love, just without the temptation to eat way too much!
