October Health Challenge: Feeling Good

I am really feeling the payoff of this challenge.  Don't get me wrong.  I still struggle with the temptation to eat sugar, but I feel so much better without it, that it is getting easier to say no.  This was a great time to do this challenge.  It has kept me from eating any Halloween candy.  I just need to figure out my game plan moving forward after this month.  I am fitting into pants that haven't fit for two years.  That is always a nice reward!  I am grateful for accountability buddies to help me keep on course as well.  It really helps to do something with a friend where you can support each other.  

With the holidays coming these next couple of months, it is so easy to eat too much and too much of the wrong things.  They just taste so good!    Less than a week now, and I will be on a new challenge of exercising 15 minutes a day for 5 days a week.  I will highlight a different video each day from  youtube for those of us who aren't as able to get out to exercise.  

As hard as it has been to skip sugar this month, I am so grateful I have.  I feel so much more energetic and just feel good.  Wow!  I am so glad.  It makes it all worth it.  Four more days of no sugar and I am going to make it and reach my goal.  That always feels good.
