Oh. My. Brownies. These are absolutely amazing. I've been a doubter about beans in desserts. No longer. I have been converted and seen the light. I made them with low expectations and even substituted applesauce for the oil to make them healthier. No joke: I ate half the pan of brownies! They were warm and fudgy and gooey chocolate heaven. I couldn't even taste the beans and would never have guessed they were there. Now to make them again and eat them a la mode...
