Making yogurt cheese is super easy. It is healthier than cream cheese and you can be creative by adding spices if you want. You can even make your own Greek yogurt if you don't want to wait as long. When I was growing up, we had hummus and yogurt cheese in our home instead of peanut butter and jelly. I love to spread it on toast, have it with crackers or eat it with other Mediterranean foods. It is a good activity to do with kids as well. Easy and healthy... better try making some!
