Add Variety to Your Veggies Day 19: Cabbage


One of my favorite meals is malfouf, or cabbage rolls. They are typically for special occasions or when I visit my parents and take time to enjoy cooking together. Veggie month was a great excuse to make them again! Preparing the cabbage leaves can be tricky if you've never done it before. This recipe explains the process well. You absolutely MUST have lemon to squeeze onto the rolls or you'll miss out.
