Add Variety to Your Veggies Day 15: Broccoli

We are huge fans of broccoli! We love it steamed, steamed with cheese on it, in our mac and cheese, in broccoli cheddar soup, and especially in this broccoli salad, with a few edits. It's a versatile recipe, and we usually skip the craisins/raisins and seeds. I usually make half of the dressing recipe so it's a little healthier, too. Other ways to make it healthy- you can use less bacon, or throw in whatever veggies you have on hand, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, etc. It's a great 'clean out the fridge' salad!
