This was yesterday's cleaning. I guess I forgot to publish it! I did the second half of our guest bathroom. It was so nice to break the project up into a couple of days. Cutting things into smaller chunks or bites makes it easier to complete and gives you the satisfaction of accomplishment.
I cleared off anything on the surfaces. I checked the tub to see how many bottles of shampoo, soap, etc. were in there. I only have one shampoo bottle and a one soap container now. If I wanted to make it simpler, I could just get one bottle of something that works for both shampoo and soap, but I don't feel the need. I plan to wash the towels and rugs and fill the soap container if needed. I dusted, cleaned the tub and toilet and cleaned the floor as well.
This cleaning took about 15 minutes total. It is amazing how quickly things can get done if we JUST START. So much of housework is emotional. It really goes quickly once we start.
