This week we are having the following:
Hummus and homemade pita bread, pictured here
Spinach pies (spinach, feta, onions, spices in a bread dough)
Grilled cheese with sauteed peppers and onions, salad on the side (the grilled cheese w/veggies is an experiment)
Sfeeha (Arabic meat pies)
Burritos with homemade tortillas
I think these meals will be enough to last the week. I will also fix veggies in addition to the main portion of the meal.
