French Banana Cake

This recipe came from a friend.  I can't remember when I had this cake last, but I remember enjoying it when I did.  It tastes good with a plain white frosting or cream cheese frosting.  I don't use box cake mixes any more, so I didn't post a picture of it since I haven't made it in a long time.  But, it is a great recipe to use with ripe bananas.

2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 1/4 cups very ripe bananas, mashed
1 pkg. White Cake mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix water vinegar and soda.  Combine with cake mix and eggs.  Add bananas.  Beat w/ electric mixer at med. speed for 3 minutes.  Blend in chopped nuts.  Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until done.  When cool, frost.
