Two Green Jello Recipes

Pistachio Jello

1 small package Pistachio pudding
16 oz. crushed pineapple
1 cup marshmallows
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients together and put in 9x13 pan.  Chill.

Sally's Green Jello

1 large package lim Jello
1 cup hot pear juice
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup of water
1 cup sieved pears
1 cup whipped whipping cream (Cool Whip will work)
Maraschino Cherries (optional)

Dissolve large package lime Jello in hot water and hot pear juice.  Add sieved pears to cream cheese.  Blend until smooth.  Stir in jello.  Fold in whipping cream or Cool Whip.  Ad maraschino cherries for color or use them to garnish if you wish.  They are optional.  Chill until set.
