Menu for the Week: March 21 - 27

I didn't use a couple of the meals last week, since we happened to get a couple of unexpected meals by helping with some service opportunities. So, if you see some repeats, that is why. I am not making full recipes of all of these, especially the Pasta Puttanesca and the Stir Fry. I am making smaller amounts to save on the cost of ingredients.

Skilletini (from last week)
Soft tacos w/homemade tortillas, refried beans, etc.
Chicken Stir Fry make similar to this recipe but with a few substitutions
Pasta Puttanesca - Something new but without the wine. I have a lot of the ingredients on hand.
Cajun Gumbo with a dollop of homemade potato salad

I wanted to make these Sesame Noodles, but the Sesame Oil and the Hot Chili Oil would cost too much when I am only spending $25 for the week. Maybe another week! Fresh produce wins over the oils.
