Thanks to a good sale at Publix this week, I was able to get more than I expected. I read this article a few days ago, and really liked the phrase “stealth stock up.” I’ll admit that it’s a bit more of a challenge every week to spend $5 less on groceries and instead use it to stock up, but it's not nearly as difficult as I expected, and our pantry is filling up. I like having the freedom to purchase items on sale, something that will save a great deal in the long run.
