Question: Scotch Bonnet Pepper

I need to use a Scotch Bonnet Pepper for the Indian dish I am making this week, but saw on the internet that they are about 100 plus times hotter than a jalapeno pepper. Has anyone ever used them that can share their thoughts about this?
