We are going to continue eating large salads every night this week. Because of that, my dinners will stretch for two meals and so I am not planning as many. I have checked in the fridge and freezer to see what I didn't use last week or what needs to be used.
Manicotti Florentine - I will add some ricotta cheese to it that I bought last week
Disneyland Blue Bayou Chicken and Shrimp Gumbo - (I will make 1/2 to 1/3 of the recipe)
Tamale Pie - Carryover from last week, but I am going to try a different recipe
Stuffed Cabbage - Carryover from last week
Chicken Parmigiana - I will substitute chicken broth for the wine in the recipe
