Perfect Casserole Recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers!

If you have some extra stuffing or turkey, this is a good recipe to make. It is easy to make and taste good. If the stuffing is already made, adjust the recipe because you won't need to mix the cup of butter with the dry stuffing mix. Just use your already made stuffing in its place. I also substitute cooked turkey for the chicken. I would also add more peas than it said because it was an easy way to get kids to eat peas. If you have any questions, just leave a comment or e-mail me.

CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 cup Butter

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farms Stuffing

1 cup milk

2 cans cream of celery soup undiluted)

2 Tbsp. onions

3 cups white chicken meat (cooked)

dash pepper

¾ cup frozen peas

Melt butter and pour over stuffing. Set aside. Mix milk and soup, then add chicken, peas, and onions. Pour ½ stuffing in casserole dish. Then pour rest of ingredients mixed over stuffing. Top with the rest of the stuffing. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
