I won't be cooking with beans every day this month, like originally planned for the monthly challenge, because I really wanted to do some cleaning instead now that my house is uncluttered from last month's challenge. Usually I am not excited to clean, but I am this month and will be doing the 1 hour challenge a day. It is amazing how much you can get done when you use a timer.
I don't always enjoy meal planning, but I am always glad when I do it. I have green beans, zucchini and chicken that need to be used this week. You probably already guessed that from my menu plan though! My husband loves anything with BBQ and I have been craving a Greek Salad. All the recipes below are ones I have never tried, but I love to try new recipes. It takes the monotony out of cooking.
