If you have some boneless chicken breasts, you can make any one of these 4 meals very easily. I usually buy a large package and divide them into different pans and make different toppings for each pan and cook them all together in the oven.
Topping 1: bottle of Italian Salad dressing
Topping 2: sour cream, cream of chicken, green chilies
Topping 3: cream of mushroom, cream of celery, cream of chicken
Topping 4: mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, sage or oregano
All soups are undiluted. Just mix up what you want, put it on top and cook at 350 until the chicken is done. It is anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.
When the chicken is done, I serve cooked pasta with topping 1 or serve cooked rice with toppings 2-4.
