50 Dollars a Week Grocery Challenge

I am starting the New Year spending 50 dollars per week on groceries again, and I am trying to use up things in the freezer and cupboards and pantry.  I did my main shopping trip for the week, but will spend the rest on some double coupon items at Albertson's or just buy a few mark down items at Smith's.  I am going to try some new recipes, and use more whole grains.  I am going to open the long term food storage cans with freeze dried and dehydrated items and see if we even like what I have and if we don't we will replace them with something else.  I also have food in the freezer that needs to be used including a few turkeys.  I don't know if I can continue buying organic food and stay in a budget this low, but I am going to give it a try this month.  We will see how it goes!  I am committed to spending the 50 dollars per week for the month.
