This recipe is a very easy one to make. In fact, all you use is balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey or sugar and salt and pepper. We have usually just put oil and vinegar on our salads in the past, but this adds a little sweetness to it and the salt and pepper add to the flavor. It would be easy to adjust it to you taste preferences as well. I used a cheap balsamic vinegar in this, but she suggests using a high quality one. My husband liked it, but it wasn't my favorite. The only balsamic vinegar I like is barrel aged. If you do like balsamic vinegar, I would suggest trying it. It would be a nice twist from your regular oil and vinegar. I also learned the correct way to spell vinaigrette!
