Baked Oatmeal
3 cups rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup powdered milk
1 cup water
2 eggs
½ cup melted butter or oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup frozen fruit
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and powdered milk. Beat in water, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, till edges are brown and middle isn't gooey.
