November Exercise Videos: Rowan Row 10 Minute Fat Burning

 This video has you do several exercises for 45 seconds each with a 15 second rest in between.

Exercises: * High knees * Low plank to high plank * Half burpees * Toe touches * Squat jump * Side plank * Alternate lunges * Jumping jack * Hip thrust * Butt kicks

This is a perfect workout to do before eating that yummy Thanksgiving dinner!
