It is now November. With Thanksgiving coming in a few weeks, we will do some posts on Thanksgiving, but for the monthly challenge this month we are doing exercise videos. With the weather getting colder, and with the challenge of the pandemic, we thought we would share some videos that we have tried and some new ones we will try to keep us fit and happy. It is a hard to keep up good habits during the holidays, so we are doing another health challenge. Maybe we can all make it through the holidays without gaining the extra 5 pounds or more. As the pandemic is hitting those with preexisting conditions the hardest, trying to eat wisely and exercise is a good idea. We need to do all we can to do our part to stay healthy. If you are new to exercise, check with your doctor first.
Today's video is something anyone should be able to do, whether you are new to exercise or not. The reason I like it is because it is doable. I have tried the downward dog in other videos in the past, and it just doesn't mix with my body. But, this one is easy and you feel great afterwards and there are no strange poses that only flexible people can do.
