October Health Challenge: Time It

I briefly shared how I tried this while writing a different post, but this idea is worth writing about itself.  I have found that if I am going somewhere and know that there will be food there that will be tempting, I just tell myself that I only have 2 hours to resist and then it will be over.  As the evening goes on, I keep an eye on the clock and see that there is 1 hour left and then 30 minutes left, etc.  Hopefully, you are among friends who will support what you are doing and not try to tempt you to break your goal.  And, hopefully you are having a great time so that you don't even have to keep looking about how long you have left to make it.  It really works!
