October Health Challenge: Healthy Substitute for Chips

 Our family loves salt and vinegar potato chips, any and every kind. I can easily eat an entire bag on my own if I'm not paying attention to how much I eat!

One healthier option we've found are these Blue Diamond Salt and Vinegar almonds. You still get the flavor and the taste, but with almonds. It's also not quite as easy to eat a whole container, because they take a little more effort to eat than potato chips.
