October Health Challenge: Healthy Substitutes- Candy

After a long week, nothing is better than Friday night family movie night. I usually crave something salty and something sweet.

Popcorn is a great salty, whole grain snack, and you can choose how healthy or unhealthy to make it.

For something sweet, frozen grapes are a tasty treat! They are very sweet, and are much better for you than candy:
