October Health Challenge: Drink More Water


Although this is a challenge to limit sugar, one thing I have found is that the more water you drink, the easier it is to stay full.  You feel better and you aren't tempted to eat more.  Sometimes when we think we are hungry, we really are just thirsty.  So, next time you get the munchies, drink a glass of water first and then see if you are still hungry.
