Fresh salsa is such a treat. This recipe is simple and one of my favorites. You can adjust the quantities as you wish if you prefer a different balance of flavors.
3 roma tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/4 medium onion or 3-4 scallions
juice of 1 lime
garlic salt to taste
Put the ingredients in a food processor and chop till salsa reaches the desired consistency. I like to eat salsa at breakfast with egg and black beans. This recipe is another delicious breakfast option.
