How To Tell If An Egg Is Bad
I certainly didn't plan on writing this post when I got up early to make brownies and egg salad before it got too hot in the day. But, instead of brownies, I am writing a post. The reason why: the eggs I had floated in the water. The way you tell if an egg is bad is if it floats. I would have never know about this except for the same thing happened a few years ago. When it happened again this morning, I thought I would share what I learned in case there is anyone else out there who doesn't know. You can add this to your wealth of knowledge!

Yep, if the egg floats it's bad but I was also taught that if it sort of "stands up" in the water with the small end still touching the bottom of the pan of water, that's when they're perfect for hard boiling.
