Simple Savings: Turn Off the Burner Sooner


This idea probably won't save you very much money, but think about turning off the heat in your oven, or on your stove top if you have an electric stove, a few minutes  before your food is done.  The food will still keep cooking from the hot burner or from the heat in the oven.
