One way you can cut your food bill is to eat less meat. I am not promoting vegetarianism, because I believe that it is good to eat meat but just eat much less of it. It is good to eat whole grains, beans, fruits, veggies and to eat meat sparingly. Try eating a meatless meal once or twice a week as a start. It is less expensive and healthier for you.
