Simple Savings: Cut it in Half and Share!

To help control portions when eating out or eating a treat that isn't the healthiest, cut it in half and share.  You still get a chance to taste it, but you don't end up eating too much.  Half of a burger is enough and so is half a shake or half an order of fries to go with it.  Split a meal and enjoy going out, but eat less and spend less while you are eating healthier.  Saving money is a positive by product of eating less.
