I love parchment paper. I know I have said this before, but it is wonderful. When you make cookies, you don't have to grease the pan. Just put some parchment paper on top of it and they won't stick and you won't have to clean a messy cookie sheet. My homemade crackers just slide off the parchment paper after they are cooked. If you haven't tried it, I would encourage you to give it a try. Use a 40 percent off coupon for Michael's or Jo-Ann's and get some. You may never want to do without it once you discover how nice it is.
I adore parchment paper! If I have 2 kitchen staples - one is parchment paper & theotheris cayenne pepper.
