Is Your Garage Your New Junk Drawer?

(Photo credit: J. Arnold and CELF)

In this article about the UCLA study done about 32 families called "Life at Home in the 21st Century", there were some interesting things they found that I will cover over the next few days.  First, 75 percent of people didn't use their garage for a car.  They used it for clutter.  I was shocked.  I can't imagine spending so much money for a car and then leaving it outside when you have a garage.  The clutter in the garage can't be worth the price of a car.  If you have clutter in your garage, now is the time to tackle it.  Before school starts, have the family help and go through the garage and have a garage sale or donate things to your local thrift store so someone else in need may enjoy them.

Is your garage used for cars or clutter?
