So, if you hadn't noticed, I've been going through my kitchen lately. I had two cookie sheets, but since I rarely cook things that need cookie sheets, I've decided to try going down to one. The cookie sheet pictured above was left in one of our previous apartments, and we added it to our kitchen collection. It has been well used, and I feel like it is time to go.
I haven't tried going without any cookie sheets, and I think that it IS something I need in my kitchen. So cookie sheet: can't do without! What about you? What are some things you can't do without in your kitchen?
