Whole Wheat Lion House Rolls


I have been using whole wheat most of the time instead of white flour this week. I made these Lion House rolls and used 100%whole wheat (hard white wheat this time). They rose very nicely and tasted light and yummy!

    I usually don't like wheat bread, but these rolls were fabulous!!!!!
