Here are some of the things I will be focusing on this next year:
Continue to cut down the amount of trash we generate.
Try to compost in the summer.
Plant a garden and can/freeze any leftovers we can't eat fresh.
Simplify my life and cut out things that aren't helping me become the person I want to be.
One a day - Get rid of one item a day until I have nothing left to declutter that we don't need or want.
Move towards making half of our meals be vegetarian meals.
Read more.
Exercise 3-5 times per week.
Paint a couple of rooms in the house.
