I am making meatloaf for dinner today, and wanted to pass on this idea in case you didn't think of it yourself. Instead of getting your hands all gross and freezing cold mixing the meat, just put it in your mixer and mix it up. It works great and is really easy.
Another tip: When you are making peanut butter cookies, put a fork in each hand and then you can make the criss-cross really eash because it makes the perfect angle. Just smash the left fork into the ball of dough and then the right, or vice versa. It is kind of fun too! That way one hand is not going back and forth.
