I will be doing some canning this week and eating stuff from the garden and my freezer. I need to eat some things from the freezer so I can freeze some crabapple applesauce.
Meals for the Week:
Meatloaf, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Leftover Broccoli Casserole
Chicken, Orzo Pilaf (my teenager loves this), salad
Chicken and Rice with Green Beans (something different to make the last of our green beans from our garden taste more exciting)
Soft Tacos with Homemade Tortillas, Spanish Rice
