I didn't finish all the meals I planned last week, so we are carrying them over for this week. I am going to pick up some broccoli and onions from a friend's garden today, and I have zucchini and beans and peas from our garden. If I want more variety, I can even dig up some beets even though they are really small. My freezers are full and I just need to take this week off to use what I have. I hate to waste food, so that is my plan. I made the Veggie Lasagna today and it will easily last us 3-4 meals. I still have the ingredients for the Chicken and Dumplings, Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce, and Sweet and Sour Chicken.
